well, i am back in LA after a nice week and a half of spring break :D it was um..an interesting break. wasn't as relaxing as i would have hoped, but i squeezed in my fun here and there. lets shee...quick highlights :D cuz i know everyone is sooo eager to read this...he he...errr...not really :P but you can look at uh..pretty pictures :D
fri: woke up at 745 (still havent figured out why i keep doing that...no matter what time i sleep!) went on a nice cuatro mile run...came back, vegged like nothing ;) then the chihuahua came to visit! that was exciting..haha. we ended up goin to wooden to work out (altho it was closing early cuz of the holiday) was a workout in fast forward, but good nonetheless. afterwards, i cooked up a quick dindin, we just ended up watching tv & talking about random things the whole night

sat: had a nice lunch wit aileen and marshall at damon & pythias mmmmm..food for the gods. it was so gooood! i love that place. seriously, if you're in westwood and you've never had damons...you're missing out! go get some already! heh :P then after, we went to get boba at relaxtation. << [ me, aileen, & marshall at relaxtation ]

upon returning to my apt, we found a feast in progress! my mums came up from SD to go with us to the clips and twolves game, and stu and nathan were visiting as well (nate was goin to the game) we had spring rolls for dindin...mmmmm. gosh, i love food. good thing i come from a big-on-food family :D then we headed out to the game, which turned out to be meh. but got to see KG! hes awesome. anywhos, richardson was out with an injury and maggette and clips coach were ejected from the game at some point...so uh...clips kinda sucked it up. but it was fun! sun/mon: went home on sunday (: got some new basketball kicks (finally)- tmacs on sale (:, switched to verizon (finally)- same number but got a spankin new phone (it's cool), took my dogs out for a walk (my dad warned me not to)- daaang..i learned my lesson. walking with those two rat dogs and chibimoon= very hectic. especially since kobe is so young, hes kinda all over the place. i got tangled up in the leashes sooo many times, haha, but it was fun. we went to the park to play (: afterwards, got home, dropped off the dogs, went on a run. was feelin really good :D must be all the sleep. but uh...contemplating the marathon next year (dad thinks im crazy...am i?) me and vinh pinkyswore we would do it just for kicks, so now we hafta!! :P but then again..we did pinkyswear to make those homemade clippers t-shirts...and that never happened...hrmmm
tues-thurs: went to work with my parents. lemme tell you. this aint a walk in the park (catering business, 4am-2pm- all standing, grease, heat, oil, stink, smoke, sweat). geesh, i dunno how my parents have been doing it for 18 years without a vacation. i guess thats why theyre all worn out. but, i was tryin my best to help mi mums, seeing that she has a very hard time with the overwhelming demands of the job (having only one hand is tough man ;\) but yah..work had its ups and downs.

i had some good conversations with my dad tho...about life matters. Came out of it all with a better understanding of myself, my parents, our relationship and how our views differed on various things. Sometimes, its impossible to be on the same page as them, but at least i know what page theyre on :P all in all, nice quality family time (:

thurs-fri:had a spectacular dinner at home, aileen came to pick me up and went up to la jolla to play (: twas great fun. was in aileen's clothes for the night (seeing that i didnt have anything not gymmish..haha) met some of aileen's friends, danced the nite away. was definitely a good time :D
fri: came back up to la, went to cost-ma-co to stock up on foodage. then went to dinner with swan, vinh, a-bert, kimi and her bf vin. afterwards, we headed over to the staples center to watch a LA Kings hockey game (: it was exciting! first time goin to a hockey game. it was fans appreciation night, so we got free Kings flags to wave around and thunder sticks (vinh and a-bert were sure to annoy me with them as i had nowhere to go, being sandwiched between them :P haha) too bad the Kings are outta the playoffs, and they lost the game to the Flames, 2-3. Alas, it was quite an experience ;)
